Client Agreement
We are honored that you (The Client) chose Best Day Ever! Magical Events and Princess Parties LLC (The Company) for your next event.
By completing payment, the Client agrees to the following terms & conditions.
1) Quotes
-
To book the requested date and time, a payment must be completed by the client.

After 72 hours, you will lose your spot in the requested date and time and it will be released to the next interested client if a payment is not made.
2) Payment:
-
The Company requires any and all remaining balances to be paid in full at least 1 day before the event date.

An invoice will be sent for payment in full unless The Client requests a divided payment plan of a 50% deposit at booking and 50% balance due no later than 1 day before the event.

Invoices must be completed within 48 hours to book.

Failure to complete the payment balance by 1 day before the event will result in the cancellation of your event.
3) Rescheduling:

The Client understands that availability for rescheduling depends on the next available date on our calendar.
4) Cancellations:
-
For Parties paid in full at time of booking: Cancellations of parties that were previously paid in full will be eligible for a 50% refund.

For Parties that were booked with a 50% deposit at the time of booking: Cancellations of parties that were booked with a 50% deposit will not receive a refund, as your 50% deposit is non-refundable.

The Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel (with a full refund) the appearance in the event of emergency or local weather warnings for the safety of our staff.
5) Smoking, Substances & Pets:

The costumes and property of The Company will not be subject to areas with smoke or animals of any kind, as they can damage the costumes.

The Client agrees to not hold their party in an indoor location where there has been smoking of any kind.

The Client agrees to keep smokers and animals in a completely separate area from the performer.

The Client agrees to pause all consumption of alcohol while we attend your event.
6) Location:
-
A chair/table for each Performer for Craft and Makeover activities is to be provided by The Client.

For extreme heat/cold or inclement weather, we recommend holding your party indoors.

7) Parking

For the sake of maintaining the magic, our performers will park down the street and out of sight for most events.

On the day of the event, if the performers cannot find street parking, The Client will be contacted and asked for an alternative suggestion. If the performer needs to park in a driveway as a last resort, please keep all guests away and out of sight for maintaining the magic.

If the event requires paid parking, that is the responsibility of The Client and can be pre-paid with the booking or paid in cash to the performer at the end of the event.
8) Photo Release:

Any photos taken by The Client and sent to the company or posted in public spaces such as social media and review sites are hereby signed as a release to be used by the company for website, social media, and promotional use.
9) Discipline and Non-Participation:
-
The Performer is an entertainer, not a babysitter, and will not discipline disruptive behavior or force children to participate.

At least one adult is required to be present with the children during the event.
10) Cast Member Preference:
-
All of our Cast Members are specially trained entertainers who love working with children, and who put the utmost attention to detail and work towards each character they are assigned. If you have a preference of a Cast Member, you may request them at the time of booking, however, we cannot promise we will be able to accommodate them due to scheduling.
11) Activities & Itinerary:

Each Party Package Itinerary is put together with years of experience to create the best party flow.

Special requests must be submitted upon booking.

Your performer will customize the order of the activities included in the moment at your event in order to best suit the needs of your guests for the most engaging performance possible.
12) Safety & Liability:

The Client agrees to not hold The Company and its Performers responsible for any and all property damages and/or bodily injury damage caused by the Client’s guests.

The Client agrees to not hold The Company responsible for inclement weather or other Acts of God that may cause cancellation or rescheduling of the event.

The Client must inform the company of any allergies to items such as face paint prior to the event.

Our performers are trained to keep the safety of your guests in mind at all times. If ever there is a situation where the performer(s) feels unsafe, they will address the issue with the client. If the issue is not resolved, the performer holds the right to leave without a refund.

Failure to adhere to the outlined agreement will result in the cancellation of your event.
